Job Overview:

  • The SaaS HR System Operations Specialist is responsible for the efficient operation of a cloud-based HR management system.
  • This includes supporting HR tasks and user needs, managing the system, and assisting with global audit compliance.
  • Additionally, the role involves analyzing and processing HR data to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Operations and Maintenance
    • Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the cloud-based HR management system.
    • Collecting and Analyzing User requirement and Issues, Providing Initial Support, and Communicating with the Vendor.
    • Analyze HR processes and identify automation opportunities.
    • Managing Integration with Legacy Systems and ERP System.
  • User Support and Training
    • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
    • Gather user feedback and implement improvements.
    • Conducting Initial Testing for New Features and Providing User Training
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Adhere to data privacy and security policies.
    • Managing the Access Granting and Revocation Process and Extracting Logs.
    • Extracting and Preparing Data for Global IT Audits.
    • Generating Statistical Data for Data Analysis and Decision-Making Using HR Data
  • Vendor Management
    • Communicate and manage relationships with SaaS providers.
    • Monitor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Over 4 Years of Experience in an HR Team or IT team.
  • Understanding of Overall HR Workflow.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR System use.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in PowerBI and data analysis tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with Saas providers.
  • Cooperation and communication skills with HR and IT team.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., HRIS certifications, IT-related certifications).
  • Knowledge of HR-related laws and policies.
  • Experience with SaaS HR Systems. Especially the ZingHR solution
