Accounts Assistant
Kuala Lumpur - Jalan Sultan Ismail

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting and administration functions.
  • Prepare and ensure all statutory payments are paid timely and accurately.
  • To issue invoices, credit notes, debit notes, etc.
  • Answer incoming calls and handle walk in customer’s enquiries.
  • Keep track and follow up on debtor’s outstanding payments.
  • To check and summarize of staff claims.
  • Assist to prepare expenses analysis report.
  • Ensure that financial transactions are properly updated and recorded.
  • Other functions as required by the management to be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a LCCI higher/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, experience in SQL accounting systems will be added advantages.
  • Required language: English, ability to speak Chinese is a plus.
  • Preferable candidate with at least 1 year of working experience.
  • Able to work independently and meet datelines.
