Job Responsibilities

  • Develop Marketing Strategies
    • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote health, pharma and personal care products.
    • Identify target audiences and devise effective campaigns to reach them
  • Campaign Management
    • Plan, Execute and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print and social media.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Product & Brand Management
    • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product features and benefits
    • Manage product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies and coordinating launch activities.
    • Maintain and ensure consistency of brand image and messaging.
  • Market Analysis
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
    • Analyze consumer behavior and feedback to refine marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation
    • Oversee the creation of marketing content such as social media posts, website copy, brochures, etc.
    • Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Collaboration and Coordination
    • Work closely with sales, product development, and regulatory teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives.
    • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for marketing initiatives.
  • Budget Management
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
    • Track expenses and ROI for marketing activities.
  • Performance Reporting
    • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or related role in the health and pharma industry.
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies and best practices are a plus.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media advertising) are a plus.
  • Adept communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of product management and the product lifecycle within the health and pharma sector.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative when necessary.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
