Job Responsibilities
- Develop Marketing Strategies
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote health, pharma and personal care products.
- Identify target audiences and devise effective campaigns to reach them
- Campaign Management
- Plan, Execute and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print and social media.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Product & Brand Management
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product features and benefits
- Manage product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies and coordinating launch activities.
- Maintain and ensure consistency of brand image and messaging.
- Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
- Analyze consumer behavior and feedback to refine marketing strategies.
- Content Creation
- Oversee the creation of marketing content such as social media posts, website copy, brochures, etc.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with sales, product development, and regulatory teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for marketing initiatives.
- Budget Management
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Track expenses and ROI for marketing activities.
- Performance Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or related role in the health and pharma industry.
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies and best practices are a plus.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media advertising) are a plus.
- Adept communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of product management and the product lifecycle within the health and pharma sector.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- A team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative when necessary.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
