- Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow, meeting client requirements.
- Daily Air Export & Import coordination & corresponding with clients. service providers and internal team.
- Prepare required documents for international transportation.
- Responsible to source and negotiate the most competitive rates from carriers and service providers on air freight.
- Communicate and build good rapport and relationship with agents, carriers, co-loaders and service providers.
- Perform and ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from time to time
- Work with the team on meeting KPI standards, as per the company's procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candicate must posses at least a Diploma in any field (preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain Management).
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this postion.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Planning & Coordinating Skill, Negotiation Skill, Customer Service & Relation Management.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced, cross functional and global team enviroment.
