Senior Executive, Data and Process Policy

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Executive, Data and Process Policy with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and refining business policies through comprehensive data analysis and market research. This role will focus on optimizing processes and ensuring that policies align with industry trends to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Policy Development and Enhancement :
* Design and implement new business policies based on data insights.
* Continuously review and improve existing policies to ensure relevance and efficiency.
* Ensure all policies comply with regulatory standards and align with business goals.

2. Data Analysis & Market Research:
* Utilize data analysis to assess the performance and impact of current policies.
* Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and competitive benchmarks that inform policy creation.
* Provide data-driven recommendations for policy and process improvements.

3. Process Optimization:
* Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend actionable improvements.
* Work collaboratively with teams to integrate new processes smoothly.
* Monitor and ensure continuous improvement through ongoing policy reviews.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:
* Partner with key stakeholders, including senior management, to gather input and ensure policies meet business needs.
* Provide guidance on new and updated policies.

5. Documentation & Reporting:
* Maintain detailed records of all policy developments and changes.
* Prepare reports to present data insights, policy effectiveness, and progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy development or similar roles.
* Strong skills in data analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Experience in conducting market research and utilizing competitive analysis.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:
