    • Financial Reporting and Analysis:
      • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
      • Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.
      • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure all audit requirements are met.
    • Strategic Planning and Budgeting:
      • Support the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
      • Monitor and analyze budget variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
      • Collaborate with senior management on financial strategy and planning initiatives.
    • Compliance and Risk Management:
      • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
      • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
      • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
    • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
      • Work closely with other SSC functions (e.g., HR, procurement, IT) to ensure seamless integration of accounting processes.
      • Communicate effectively with business units and regional teams to address accounting issues and ensure alignment with SSC objectives.
      • Represent the accounting function in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

    2. Qualifications:

    • Education:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
      • Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is required.
    • Experience:
      • Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar role, with significant experience within a Shared Services Center environment.
      • In-depth knowledge of SSC operations, multi-entity accounting, and financial reporting.
      • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and accounting software.
    • Skills:
      • Strong leadership and team management skills.
      • Excellent technical accounting knowledge, including GAAP or IFRS.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
      • High attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
