Job Descriptions:

• Run the day-to-day operations to maintain network systems uptime, monitor network performance, and identify any issues that arise. Proactively addressing them to prevent downtime or security breaches, working closely with other IT professionals as needed.
• Participate in IT Projects discussion, setup and deliver network infrastructure services for the IT projects.
• Work closely with vendor to draft and implement new network path as and when needed.
• Enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures for all the network setups.
• Work closely with the information security team to implement information security policies and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Ensuring all network related diagrams and documentation are up-to-date and readily available.
• Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and making recommendations on how to improve network efficiency and security.
• Standby for on-call support after office hours as and when required.

Job requirements:

• Good understanding and experience with network and Wireless LAN (WLAN) infrastructure. Knowledges on plan and configure multi-VLAN for corporate network.
• Knowledges on handling Aruba network equipment.
• Hands-on experience in configuring network, as well as troubleshooting and resolving network problems, including firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
• Ability to study and plan on IT infrastructure routing and communicate well within
internal staff and external vendor on project discussion and implementation.
• Experience with network security and compliance with appropriate security configuration standards.
• Familiar with monitoring tools such as Paessler PRTG and Zabbix.
• Good knowledge in Network Access Control (NAC) product, eg Aruba Clearpass Policy Manager
• Good knowledge of Firewall technologies eg. IPSEC VPN, SSL VPN, IPS/IDS, on Fortigate,
• Ability to follow system standards, create and maintain comprehensive documentation and network diagrams.
