Mi Polymer Concrete Pipes Sdn Bhd, is a leading manufacturer of Polymer Concrete Jacking Pipes and fittings in South East Asia, dedicated to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our customer base in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in Singapore through regular visits, calls, and emails.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends in Singapore, providing insights for sales planning and strategy development.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and requirements, offering tailored solutions and product recommendations to meet their specific demands.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
  • Travel: Make weekly trips to Singapore to meet customers. At least 1 to 2 day-trips per week are required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to speak and communicate fluently in Mandarin.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel weekly to Singapore for customer visits and sales activities.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally as required.
