Responsibility

Product Customization

  • Dealing with internal / external party to process the job order
  • To perform quality checking on finished products or repaired products.
  • To prepare job orders to production or supplier.
  • To plan and manage working schedule for the work order with settler.
  • Data entry/paperwork (Goods receive, Invoice & Goods transfer).
  • Compile and record data.

Inventory Support

  • To fulfil the customer orders from E-Commerce platforms and various sales channels.
  • Handle stock packaging and shipment for customer order.
  • Checking and ensure the stock allocated for customer order is correct.
  • Support general administrative work within the department and arrange stationery for department.
  • Support Jewellery Fair & Event when necessary.
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirement

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma holder in any fields.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Good accuracy in working with figures and calculations.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good personality and able to work independently.
  • Able to work overtime during peak season / when necessary.
  • Able to support the department on alternate Saturday.
  • Preferable candidate with 1 year relevant working experience.
  • Working Location: Old Klang Road.
