JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, solution, support, and marketing, to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues or challenges to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales renewal performance, and client feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the service delivery and technical teams to ensure clients receive the necessary services, such as solution design, installation, training, and support.
  • Renew contracts and agreements with existing clients, negotiating terms and pricing as necessary to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software solution sales with a strong track record of achieving recurring sales target.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on driving client satisfaction and delight.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment, quickly adapting to changing priorities and customer needs
  • Knowledge in cloud solution platform, computer vision, eKYC or AI technologies is an advantage.
  • University or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Engineering or technology education is a plus.
