Project Planner (Contractor - Construction Company)

Responsibilities:

To be based in Denai Alam, Shah Alam, Selangor (Project Planners)

• Plan, organise, monitor site activities and update the work program accordingly.
• Prepare method statement and liaise with the project team consultant & client on the planning and sequencing processes in meeting project requirement.
• Track & report project activities during pre-construction and post construction (high rise building, civil & structural work).
• Assist the Project Director / Project Manager in the preparation of project master works programme.
• Highlight and provide mitigation measures on delay progress.
• Maintain liaison with the management regarding project planning by conducting analysis and preparing methods.
• Organise, plan and monitor site activities and update the work programs accordingly.

****To be based in Project site (West Malaysia & Sabah - Project Manager, Site Engineers, Site Supervisors)

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 year of working experience in the related field (construction of civil & structural work & high rise building) is required for this position.
• Excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with work scheduling / programming.
• Computer literate (MS Project & AutoCAD).
• Possess high level of integrity, strong analytical and organization skills and result oriented.
