Requirement:
- LCCI, Diploma / Degree in Finance or accounting or it's relevant.
- Minimum Three (3) years of experience in handling full set of accounts, preferably in manufacturing environment.
- Exercise care and caution in maintaining confidentiality of Company’s documents.
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Exhibit professionalism, good discipline at all times.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia both in written and oral. Applicant with proficiency in Mandarin is desirable as there is a requirement to communicate with stakeholder in Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application e.g Excel, Words & PowerPoint.
- Must be willing to work in Section 23, Shah Alam.
Responsibility:
- To ensure monthly accounts are accurate and timely for submission.
- Ensure all financial transaction are properly updated & recorded.
- Work to resolve accounting and finance issues in a timely manner.
- Preparation of budget & financial analysis.
- Prepare tax computation and tax estimation.
- Submission of SST returns.
- Prepare and compile monthly and yearly financial report.
- Other assignments as assigned by the Management.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assisted with internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with other department to ensure consistency.
Skill Set & Experience
- High analytical skill and critical thinking.
- Ability to use financial software to prepare various reports and track data.
- Capable of meeting narrow deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Team Lead.
Added Advantage:
- Experience in manufacturing ERP.
- Familiar with SAP system.
