Responsibilities:

  • Handle all e-commerce platforms related to new product listings, promotional mechanics, traffic acquisition, sales and conversion.
  • Drive the sales performance of the e-commerce platforms to achieve KPIs.
  • Communicate with other departments on visual and content preparation for e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain for demand planning to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Provide monthly analysis reports on sales, campaigns, and performance.
  • Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience across all e-commerce platforms by addressing issues promptly and implementing feedback.
  • Manage relationships with agencies to ensure timely participation in platform campaigns, effective ad budget allocation, and live streaming events.
  • Coordinate with in-house live hosts and external affiliates for the TikTok affiliate program.
  • Run a livestream as a Live Host on online platforms.
  • Sell, promote, and explain on products during livestream.
  • Support warehouse team in operations when necessary.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, Professional Degree in Marketing, Business, E- Commerce or equivalent.
  • Have at least 1-3 years working experience in e-commerce.
  • Experience in digital marketing is an added advantage.
  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to optimise e-commerce strategies.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing product listings, campaigns, and reports.
  • Demonstrate a self-starter mentality with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Be a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
  • Exhibit a sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the company’s success.
  • Show discipline in the execution and follow-up of campaigns.
