An established FMCG manufacturer is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Investor Relations Manager to join the team. This role involves managing relationships with investors and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication of the company's financial performance and strategic direction. The position offers flexibility to be based in either Perak or Shah Alam.

Your new role

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy to enhance the company's visibility within the investment community.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
  • Prepare and manage investor communication materials, including presentations, reports, and financial press releases.
  • Organise and participate in investor meetings, industry conferences, and earnings calls, providing clear updates on company performance.
  • Collaborate with the finance and senior management teams to ensure consistent messaging of financial performance and strategic objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and analyst reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to investor communications.
  • Manage the production of the annual report and other investor-facing documents.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field. CFA, CPA, or MBA qualifications are an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or finance, ideally within the FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, corporate finance, and capital markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear and concise messaging for investors.
  • Proficiency in financial and investor relations software.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
