Job Description:

As a Accounts Executive at mm2 Asia Group, you will:

  • Handle a set of management accounts, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Prepare and submit GST returns on a quarterly basis.
  • Liaise with bankers, auditors, and tax agents on company-related matters.
  • Assist in yearly audit exercises, prepare financial statements, and corporate tax submissions.
  • Support in preparing financial analysis for Group’s half and yearly reporting purposes.
  • Provide day-to-day finance-related support to operational teams.
  • Ensure accounting records are compliant with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Diploma, Degree, or Professional qualification in accounting (ACCA/CIMA/MICPA or equivalent).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel & Word) and familiarity with Computer Accounting software.
  • Prior audit knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting, regulatory, and tax matters in Singapore is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP Accounting systems is beneficial.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, commitment, and a sense of urgency towards deadlines.
  • An analytical mindset, discipline, and the ability to work independently.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, with Mandarin proficiency being an advantage.
