  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain MES system to meet with business requirements
  • Manages the effectiveness of IT processes and systems within area-of responsibility to achieve performance goals
  • Ensures rigorous quality control by meeting well-defined shared objectives and KPIs, which includes taking ownership of escalated issues from 1st and 2nd level support, handling of trouble tickets and mentoring junior members in problem resolution
  • Provide daily operations support to ensure smooth daily operations through regular maintenance, housekeeping, training & knowledge transfer
  • Participates in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support
  • Meeting with Key Stakeholders to assess and define the system requirements
  • Preparing documentations and provide user training to business users

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related
  • Experience on C#, VB.Net, and Oracle
  • Good Experience on L2/L3 Troubleshooting
  • At least 5 years in supporting application across distributed area.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database and SQL programing.
  • Experience of Manufacturing Execution System will be additional advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written.
  • Understand cross-cultural working environments.
  • Good analytical thinker with attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving and triaging skills.
  • Good understanding of support process and change management
  • Able to perform work independently with minimum supervision
