Operation

  • Oversee daily operation activities and carry out administrative duties.
  • Manage major renovation/maintenance of company premises including office, workshop and warehouse.
  • Manage finance related matters.

Personal Assistant

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to General Manager.
  • Schedule and organize appointments and meetings with internal & external parties.
  • Prepare and transcribe minutes of meeting.
  • Maintain an organized and systematic filling system.
  • Coordinate and make travel arrangements for business and personal.
  • Attend to personal or general errands of General Manager.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc assignments, functions and related duties assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must at least possess Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Business Management, Secretarial, Finance or related field.
  • Possess at least 3 years working experience in secretarial and administrative field.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with a high level of commitment and initiative.
  • Meticulous, attention to details and good organization skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess own transport and be willing to travel.
