Job Brief

Pre-sales engineers collaborate with the sales team/account manager by represent as technical experts in customer presentations. In addition, they determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and act as liaison between the organization's sales/business development and engineering groups (Network / Planning Group).

Roles & Responsibility

1. Prepare BOQ, Network Diagram & Documentation

2. Attend Tender Briefing & Site Visit

3. Develop and prepare pre-sales costing to Sales team for any services offered to client.

4. Prepare and develop proposals that effectively address client’s needs and concerns

5. Engagement with Vendor/Partner for the proposed solution

6. Timely Completion of Network Proposal/Technical Document & BOQ.

7. Liaising with suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, and third party telco provider for price negotiation.

8. Technical Solutions Presentation via Online or Face-to Face with Customer/Seminar/Workshop

9. New Solutions Introductions, Partnering Collaboration for POC & competitive price approach

10. Gather user requirement from tender specification; evaluates and recommends new/upgrade of software/hardware, internet lines or any other services to meet the project/tender requirement.

11. Train and brief sales staff on new products or services being offered by the company to increase their knowledge about offerings and enhance their ability to sell effectively

12. Lead and conduct Proof-Of-Concept (POC) and Demo activities to client.

Requirements
1. Diploma or Bachelors’ degree in Computer /communication engineering or equivalent.

2. CCNA or any equivalent certification is an advantage.

Minimum one (1) year of experience in network and telecommunication field.
