- Assist the manager in handling and coordinating department activities to ensure smooth Production's administrative operation.
- Monitor and assist in contracts, agreements, licenses & certification renewal.
- Manage the overall production system and oversee the security of the premises.
- Promote safety awareness and manage housekeeping
- Assist in implementing Safety & Health, safety, and environmental standards and adhere to company policies.
- Implementing an Emergency Response Plan
- Support all the departments & Teamwork
- Assist the HOD with basic ad-hoc task
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Safety and Health Awareness and ISO standard procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination capabilities
- Resourceful in all aspects of general affairs and Safety & Health awareness functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication, writing & presentation skills in English & Malay with computer literacy
- Able to liaise with Local authority & Documentation for license & certification renewal
- Required qualification - Diploma/advanced diploma/Higher Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 2 to 3 Years Experience in a related field
- Planning and Executing government-related tasks such as documents, certification, and Licenses.
