  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB PURPOSE:

To establish detail maintenance activity plan (i.e., inspection, repair, improvement, preventive or predictive maintenance) for all mechanical and electrical systems, and plant machineries.

DUTIES:

  • Establish detail maintenance plan, activities, time schedule, work details, cost, required manpower or tools or PPE for:
  • Machinery inspection.
  • Maintenance repair, improvement, upgrading, replacement, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
  • Lubrication.
  • Refractory replacement or repair.
  • Major and minor shutdown.
  • Weekly, monthly, yearly maintenance schedules.
    • Issue, track, close and manage maintenance work order.
    • Coordinate maintenance work with execution teams according to defined priorities.
    • Responsible to ensure spare parts availability.
    • Establish clear and concise work procedures for specific maintenance work.
    • Maintain and ensure plant process flow sheet, detail bill of material (BOM), technical manuals, specifications and drawings remain current.
    • Consolidate and prioritize work requirements from other departments.
    • To commit, comply, and conform to all company's health, safety and environmental requirements, and other legal requirements.

    SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

    • At least Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma or Advance Diploma Mechanical Engineering and relevant experience.
    • At least 3 years relevant working experiences related to mechanical or electrical systems.
    • Heavy industry manufacturing background is a plus.
    • Demonstrated competency in mechanical maintenance of equipment, namely belt conveyors, bag filters, bucket elevators, hydraulics, etc.
    • Practical experience in troubleshooting mechanical failures.
    • Team and field management.
    • Sound maintenance knowledge of lubrication and condition-based monitoring.
    • Familiar with Microsoft office products, Excel, Words, MS Project.
