  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Your new role- Assistant Finance Manager
  • Oversee Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to guide business decisions.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and assist in optimising financial performance across various projects.
  • Audit & Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring that all financial processes and reports comply with relevant regulations.
  • Team Leadership & Support: Provide guidance and support to junior finance staff, Fostering an efficient and collaborative finance team.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Qualification: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA, CIMA, CPA preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and audit management, preferably within property or related industries.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and compliance.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management
