- Education: Minimum SPM o Diploma in Administrative Studies
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry
- Proficient in Microsot Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Tasks & responsibilities
- To assist all administrative activities of the project site.
- Handle Foreign Workers’ Time Attendance and Leaves related matters.
- To prepare staffs & workers monthly attendance to HQ.
- Mapping invoices with PO & DO before forwarding to HQ A/C Dept for payment process.
- Maintain up-to-date purchasing records and files for quick retrieval.
- Monitoring worker attendance and educating site workers on daily site operations.
- To handle and resolve client’s complaints and site logistic issues.
- To regularly report to relevant superiors on the progress works and issues encountered.
- To keep all relevant forms, documents, correspondences and records in respect of the progress works.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and/or the Management.
