Job Description:
Responsible for coordinating, overseeing, scheduling, planning and supervising of purchases, production and site management. Manage development and design projects with the goal of delivering products that exceed customers’ requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies
2. Schedule Management:
- Create and maintain project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
- Coordinate activities, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Conduct regular schedule reviews and adjustments as necessary.
3. Document Control:
- Establish and maintain document control procedures for project documentation (e.g., drawings, specifications, reports).
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage document distribution, tracking revisions, and maintaining document version control.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and issues.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project progress and gather feedback.
5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental health and safety guidelines, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/mechanical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 3 years working experience in power systems industry.
- Strong understanding of power generation, transmission, and distribution systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, SharePoint).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
- Ability to travel occasionally and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
