Server Technical Support (Mandarin)

Responsibilities 岗位职责：

• Perform business system deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization.
• 完成业务系统部署、维护、监控、优化
• Responsible for the acceptance, analysis, handling, and tracking of business system failures.
• 负责业务系统故障受理、分析、处理、跟踪
• Manage the CI/CD platform, develop automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• 负责CI/CD平台，研发自动化工具，提升运维效率
• Responsible for network architecture planning, design, implementation, and resolving network-related issues.
• 负责网络架构规划、设计、实施，以及解决网络故障问题
• Maintain the company's private cloud to ensure its secure and smooth operation.
• 负责公司私有云维护，确保其正常安全运行

Requirements 岗位要求：

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT or a related field required
• 最低学历要求拥有IT技术或相关领域的文凭/学位
• proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• 精通中文（口语与书写）
• At least 3 years of IT Support experience in the network industry.
• 至少3年或以上互联网公司技术支持相关经验;
• Master the principles, configuration, and parameter tuning of web-related software such as LVS, Nginx, Redis, Zookeeper, MySQL, DNS, etc.
• 掌握LVS、Nginx、Redis、Zookeeper、MySQL、DNS、等web相关软件的原理、配置和参数调优;
• Proficient in Windows, Linux and databases.
• 对windows，Linux和数据库的应用要求比较熟悉
• Familiarity with basic networking knowledge and common network protocols, understanding the working principles of TCP/IP, capable of quickly analyzing network failures and optimizing network performance.
• 熟悉网络基础知识和常用网络协议,掌握TCP/IP的工作原理,能够快速进行网络故障分析和网络调优;
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Shell, Go
• 掌握Python、Shell、Go等一种或多种编程语言
• Proficiency in using various monitoring platforms and tools such as ELK, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, and their maintenance.
• 掌握ELK,Zabbix、Prometheus、Grafana等各类监控平台与工具的使用和维护;
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• 高度的责任感，具有良好的沟通能力、较强的故障分析及排除能力。
• Able to work in rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night shifts
• 能够接受三班轮值工作：早班、午班和晚班
