We need you to:

  • Provide professional technical support through customer service channels (such as online chat, email, etc.), helping customers resolve issues encountered during use.
  • Responsible for unit testing of software, ensuring each module functions properly, detecting and fixing errors promptly.
  • Maintain and update FAQs and online help documentation to improve customer self-service capabilities.
  • Accurately record issues in project management software, including problem descriptions, impact scope, urgency level, and other information, so the technical team can effectively track and resolve problems.
  • Regularly track the progress of issue resolution, ensuring issues are resolved promptly, and provide feedback to customers on the resolution results or progress.
  • Participate in team meetings, share customer feedback and problem-solving experiences to collectively improve the team's problem-solving capabilities and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect customer feedback to provide suggestions for product improvements and the development of new features.
