软件测试员 + 客户服务 Software Tester + Customer Support
We need you to:
- Provide professional technical support through customer service channels (such as online chat, email, etc.), helping customers resolve issues encountered during use.
- Responsible for unit testing of software, ensuring each module functions properly, detecting and fixing errors promptly.
- Maintain and update FAQs and online help documentation to improve customer self-service capabilities.
- Accurately record issues in project management software, including problem descriptions, impact scope, urgency level, and other information, so the technical team can effectively track and resolve problems.
- Regularly track the progress of issue resolution, ensuring issues are resolved promptly, and provide feedback to customers on the resolution results or progress.
- Participate in team meetings, share customer feedback and problem-solving experiences to collectively improve the team's problem-solving capabilities and customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback to provide suggestions for product improvements and the development of new features.
