Responsibilities:
- Leads the Production Engineering (PE), scheduling and execution of PE jobs.
- Manages collection and reporting production engineering data, KPI’s, etc.
- To manage Preventive Maintenance, Spare parts purchase and stock control
- Responsible to upkeep and maintain all machineries, tooling, jigs & fixtures, etc.
- Diagnose breakdowns and troubleshoot problems
- To ensure safety working environment
- Leads the production planning, scheduling and execution of manufacturing operations
- Managing for cost-effective planning, including material, workers and machine.
- Ensuring products meet customer requirement
- Leads in process improvement, Problem Solving, Production Process Flow, SOP, etc.
- To ensure safety working environment
- Manages collection and reporting production data, KPI’s, etc.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or similar discipline or equivalent experienced.
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experienced, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Preferably candidates in automotive line.
- Excellent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge in IATF 16949 and other ISO compliance is an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership ability and good role for workers.
