Project Management Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Attend corporate or project discussion with sales representative to understand scope of project, timeline, client requirements and project details.
• Clearly document customer requirements in the forms of proposal, presentation slides, BQ, quotation, email correspondence or meeting minutes to ensure accurate record of discussion outcomes and decisions made.
• Collaborate with multiple parties, by sharing information, ideas, and possible solutions to ensure that customer requirements are resolved and fulfilled in the best manner possible.
• Closely monitor the project timeline to ensure that the execution of the project is on time, including the lead times of securing products and installation of products and solutions.
• Prepare the required documentation (i.e., quotation, delivery order, invoice, statement of account, payment receipt, etc) and forms for each step of the project to ensure all processes can be executed smoothly and to avoid unnecessary delays, conflicts, or dispute.
• Constantly communicate with relevant parties (colleagues, business partners, contractors, and clients) to ensure the needs of each party are understood and information is updated from time to time.
• Regularly study market practices and explore new solutions in the market to deliver added-value and better solutions to our clients while ensuring company profits are secured.
• Monitor the cost and ROI of projects to ensure that the company is making profit for each project and taking the necessary actions to avoid or resolve issues as soon as possible.
• Regularly meet and discuss with superior on the progress of each ongoing project to ensure that the Management and the rest of company is aligned with the project execution.

Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (due to nature of job requirements)
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess own transportation.
• Required Skill(s): possess effective presentation skills, Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure, Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur.
• Able to standby during weekend.
