Job Summary:

Responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies, pricing, positioning products effectively, and driving sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute new product launches and end-of-life (EOL) strategies, including pricing, stock management, messaging, and positioning.
  • Provide ad-hoc pricing support and special pricing requests to the sales team.
  • To assist, implement and monitor all marketing programs to support the business and meet the business objectives.
  • Prepare product and campaign memos, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Maintain and update product listing on Company websites liaising with Marketing team to ensure accurate and engaging content.
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop digital marketing activities for demand generation including engaging product landing pages, social media content, posts, videos, ads, and blasts.
  • Prepare and create relevant marketing collateral materials such as brochures / flyers, sales kit, sales proposal template, and etc.
  • Ensure a consistent supply of product brochures in both soft and hardcopy formats.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about competitor activities, industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing events and activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Marketing or Business fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience is required, with a preference for candidate with experience in Product Marketing from B2B environment.
  • Have some knowledge in content & digital marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft work tools .
  • Creative thinker and strong analytical who is able to generate innovative marketing ideas and solutions.
  • Good communication skills in English, Chinese, Malay language for both spoken and written.
