Responsible for a team of staff to promote best practices of import / export, trade compliance requirement, freight cost management, resource upbringing and drive strategically to achieve departmental objective. Good execution per Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) conditions and compliance to governance practices is a MUST. Manage and monitor Store & Logistics staff performance to ensure they carry out the daily activities effectively per policies and procedures. Periodically review, analyze all aspects of logistics to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, and accuracy of deliveries. To ensure all activities of import . export materials are followed customs regulations and rules and resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics, systems, imports or exports at factory or destinations or customer end. Manage and support company's safety and security standards at all times Manage integrity of inventory functions such as at the receiving procedures, transfers, storage and issuing. Materials physical count inventories as required. Maintain and maximize the storage area by organizing effective used of floor space and comply to 5S condition and recommending / executing improvements on the process flow of stores and shipping activities. Monitor and ensure obsolete / damaged stocks are well informed to related department manager in timely disposition. To ensure immediate reporting to related department person-in-charge for any discrepancies, damages and grievances findings during receiving or tallying goods in order to take immediate corrective action be in-placed. To submit monthly customs report on time with correct data integrity. To comply to all ISO requirements and standards, adhere to general safety and health practices, SOP, work instructions, policies, guidelines stipulated by the company.
