Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Chenang Plaza Beach Hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Room Cleaning: Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Public Area Maintenance: Ensure all public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, are clean and well-maintained.
• Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Adherence to Standards: Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
