We're the shutter door manufacturer in Butterworth, that sells our installation and repair service to the construction market. We have the platform for you to perform.

Responsibilities:

  • To attend phone calls and customer’s enquiries
  • To prepare quotation proposal according to the specification to prospecting new clients and manage their accounts
  • To manage project coordination work, costing control and project progress until completion
  • To handle project claim and payment, relevant supporting documentation and records for filing & reporting purpose.
  • To assist in coordinating delivery schedule to customer’s timeline/deadline.
  • To support ad hoc issues & all administrative work

Requirements:

  • Able to work with flexibility
  • AutoCAD view, plot, label knowledge is an advantage
  • Possess at lease STPM, Must be able to read/write emails English, Bahasa Cina and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm (1hr Lunch break), Saturday 8.30am-2pm
  • Work location: Jalan Bagan Lallang, 13400 Butterworth
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel and Office skill is required.
  • Willing to learn and proactive, able to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
