Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote properties effectively, attract potential buyers or tenants, and achieve sales targets.
  • Review insight on market research and analysis to identify target markets, understand customer needs and preferences, analyse competitors, and identify emerging trends in the property sector.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify market demand and preferences, and providing input into property design, features, and amenities to maximize market appeal and sales potential.
  • Oversee sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals, ensuring efficient sales operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee the analysis sales data, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular reports and presentations to evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, events, and promotions, to create awareness, generate leads, and drive sales for properties.
  • Responsibility to maintain division reputation via good stakeholder management.
  • Implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and processes to manage customer interactions promptly, track leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients. This includes implementing other relevant strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as development teams, finance, legal, and external stakeholders such as brokers, agents, advertising agencies, and media partners to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the brand reputation and image of the company through consistent messaging, branding, and communication strategies across all marketing channels.
  • Responsibility to develop and nurture workforce within division.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Sales & Marketing team, fostering a positive culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development, and ensuring the development and engagement of employees.
  • Responsibility to ensure operational activities within division comply to policy, law, regulatory, etc.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in all sales and marketing activities, including advertising, contract negotiation, and consumer protection laws
  • To assist in ad-hoc issues/duties that assigned from time to time.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Studied, Marketing or any relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years and above experience in a large organization, Multinational Company (“MNC”) or Government – Linked Companies (GLCs).
