Transformation Management:

• Lead and drive technology and organization transformation programs designed to enhance business processes, operational efficiency, and overall performance.
• Ensure effective governance of programs, ensuring alignment with the organization’s transformation strategies.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, developing and implementing solutions to drive strategic change.
• Oversee change management processes, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.

Program Oversight and Delivery:

• Define clear program objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring they align with the organization’s strategic goals.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of programs and projects, from planning through to execution, monitoring, and successful closure.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and performance metrics.
• Ensure all programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Internal Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to ensure alignment of programs with the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring transparent and effective communication across all internal teams, including operations, finance, HR, and IT.
• Drive accountability for program outcomes, maintaining high levels of engagement and commitment from internal stakeholders.

External Stakeholder Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are effectively managed and their requirements met.
• Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships in support of program objectives.
• Represent the organization in high-level discussions with external stakeholders, safeguarding the organization’s interests.

Risk Management and Issue Resolution:

• Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize any negative impact on program outcomes.
• Address and resolve issues that arise during program execution, ensuring timely and effective resolution while maintaining focus on program objectives.
• Ensure that all programs adhere to relevant regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.

Leadership and Team Development:

• Lead, mentor, and support the program management team, ensuring high levels of performance and development.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Oversee resource allocation and ensure optimal management of resources across all programs.

Performance Reporting and Metrics:

• Prepare detailed program performance reports for senior management and stakeholders, providing insights into progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate program KPIs to ensure continuous improvement in execution and delivery.
• Track project costs, benefits, and return on investment (ROI) to ensure value creation and efficiency.
