  • Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are effectively managed and their requirements met.
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships in support of program objectives.
  • Represent the organization in high-level discussions with external stakeholders, safeguarding the organization’s interests.

Risk Management and Issue Resolution:

  • Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize any negative impact on program outcomes.
  • Address and resolve issues that arise during program execution, ensuring timely and effective resolution while maintaining focus on program objectives.
  • Ensure that all programs adhere to relevant regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and support the program management team, ensuring high levels of performance and development.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  • Oversee resource allocation and ensure optimal management of resources across all programs.

Performance Reporting and Metrics:

  • Prepare detailed program performance reports for senior management and stakeholders, providing insights into progress, risks, and outcomes.
