We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team at Ambient Capital Sdn. Bhd.
Key Responsibilities

-Prepare accounting entries and maintain accurate accounting records

-Responsible for administrative support including data entry, and monitor all relevant document required status report

-Assisting with bookkeeping and accounting tasks, such as invoicing and record keeping

-Willing to learn and/or perform full set of accounts

-Ensure smooth documentation and administration by maintaining proper filing and record system

-Liaise and assist the company secretary, auditors, tax agents, and other regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements

-Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

; Requirements:-

- Minimum SPM / LCCI

-Minimum 1-2 years working experience preferred

-Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel

-Knowledge system SQL is an added advantage

-Knowledge system ComSec Superior is an added advantage

-Good command of both verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

-The ability to work well in a team

-Positive attitude, self-discipline and responsible character

-Able to start immediately or within short notice
