Creative Director

We are looking for a Creative Director with a strong design sense and passion for visual storytelling. The role involves leading creative projects, ensuring brand consistency, and developing designs for various mediums like product packaging, digital content, and video.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the creative team, including regional requests.
• Generate and oversee creative design ideas.
• Develop visually appealing graphics for print and digital materials, including but not limited to brochures, banners, social media posts, and website elements.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design elements.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and create innovative design solutions that align with project goals and objectives.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition to enhance the overall design aesthetic.
• Integrate photography and videography into design projects to create a cohesive visual narrative.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into design projects to keep our creative output fresh and relevant.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables by conducting thorough reviews and adhering to brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Creative and innovative design abilities.
• 5+ years of experience with design software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Team management experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
