Event Operation Executive

Job Scopes:
-Deliver all events with good planning and coordination to meet events’ goals and expected results.
-Identify potential problems and take preventive action to ensure events and functions proceed as planned successfully.
-Coordinate event planning meetings across relevant teams and ensure follow-up action are taken accordingly.
-Evaluate outcomes of events and conferences for continuous improvement in planning and organizing of events.
-Manage event costs and source for appropriate venues to host the events.
-Promote and assist in all sales launches, marketing activities, events, courses, promotions.
-Asist in proposing effective marketing plan and strategies for all products and ensure these strategies are able to achieve company sales target.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, have a good command of English.
- Have at least 1 year of experiences in event planning and operation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, quick to learn, flexible and innovative.
- Master multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize, outstanding relationship-building skills.
- Have own laptop & own transportation.
- Able to work during weekend & OT.
