- Strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts, particularly in natural language processing (NLP) and Gen AI.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using tools such as R, SQL, or Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product improvements.
Strong project management skills. - Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and drive product outcomes.
- Knowledge of regulations related to data privacy and protection as they apply to AI and chatbots.
- Technical leadership and guidance in the evaluation, selection and integration of software and cloud-based technologies.
