  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Handle month end closing, including posting of journal entries, monitoring of debtors and creditors aging, bank reconciliation, inventory reconciliation and balance sheet schedules
  • Pro-active and able to assist Manager in cross-department coordination and alignment of process flow
  • Liaising with auditors to ensure timely completion of statutory audit
  • Liaising with tax agents, tax authority to support internal and external compliance for company tax filing, withholding tax requirement

Requirements

  • Candidate with professional qualification or a Degree/ Diploma in Accountancy
  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in accounting or related field
  • Must be able to work as a team, guide and supervise junior staff member
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in English
