Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
Order Processing: Manage the sales process from inquiry to order fulfillment, including coordination with logistics and customer service.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback, often using CRM software.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and enhance product offerings.
Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge continually.
Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from clients to the management regarding product improvements and market demands.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous sales experience, preferably in industrial supplies or related fields / Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software
- Basic technical knowledge related to industrial supplies can be beneficial
