  • To ensure the smooth of daily operation for QA Department.
  • To ensure that products meet customer's requirement and no non-conforming products delivered to the customers through proper control activities at incoming, in-process and outgoing control.
  • To coordinate and responsible for all the customer quality feedback/complaints and liaise with customer and drive an improvement initiative internally until the problem are resolved.
  • To conduct review for those non-conforming products with relevant department within the timeline require, and proper disposal flow needed according to company procedure.
  • To drive for the CAPA activities which carried out accordingly on quality improvement.
  • Reviews the departments procedures and recommends for solutions to changes if require.
  • To review and approve the Quality Standards for all the products manufactured (moulding injection, medical device, automotive)
  • To ensure internal Quality Management System is maintained in accordance with ISO9001, ISO13485 and IATF 16949 standard.
  • As a Lead in charge of managing customer audits and regulatory/compliance agency audits.
  • Review and propose the training plan for the entire QA department.
  • To Execute improvement plans to meet the company objective and KPI for Quality department.
  • Any other additional responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Engineering, Quality, Mechanical or equivalent engineering disciplines.
  • At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the precision industry and related field is required for this position and he or she must familiar with quality tools and techniques.
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent who are highly organized with excellent attention to detail, a team player and passionate to drive for continuous quality improvement
  • Profession knowledge in QMS, LEAN, Kaizen & Six Sigma will be an add advantages.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, strong ownership and excellent interpersonal skills
