Qualifications & experience
- A minimum of a Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Have at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially in Microsoft Excel & computerized accounting system
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and result-oriented
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist with administrative duties such as processing customer's order, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- To prepare documents, DO, invoices, reports, filing and key-in data
- Monitor stock availability and stock level
- Handle inventory, petty cash records, payment, and sales reports.
- Assist the accounting department with bad debt documentation
- To assist superior in all matters related to accounting and financing
- To perform any task deemed necessary by the management for the efficient running of the operation of the company
- All other tasks or ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time
