Founded in 2009, we are automotive company; we have been providing:- sales, after-sales, parts, and design for OEM's, oil companies and business owners in Malaysia.

Qualifications & experience

  • A minimum of a Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Have at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially in Microsoft Excel & computerized accounting system
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and result-oriented

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative duties such as processing customer's order, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • To prepare documents, DO, invoices, reports, filing and key-in data
  • Monitor stock availability and stock level
  • Handle inventory, petty cash records, payment, and sales reports.
  • Assist the accounting department with bad debt documentation
  • To assist superior in all matters related to accounting and financing
  • To perform any task deemed necessary by the management for the efficient running of the operation of the company
  • All other tasks or ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time
