Job Description

We are looking for Lab Technicians for our Quality lab to support our laboratory staff with the primary goal of optimizing lab procedures and succeeding in producing reliable test results.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Implement sensory test and evaluation for products and customer samples. Review the effectiveness of sensory evaluation quality control. The data and documentation shall be updated according to the current practices.
  • Perform physical and chemical testing for cocoa bean.
  • Manage testing result reporting and update in timely manner.
  • Perform instrument calibration in laboratories.
  • Inform or report to superior and production immediately if the testing result was out of control limit for quick correction or corrective action.
  • Conduct weekly exposure test according to sampling plan.
  • Prepare related chemical solution according to working instruction.
  • Ensure that Company’s Quality System and Procedures are adhered to at all times.

Job Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Foods Science/Technology or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year covering Quality Control in Foods Manufacturing operations.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as being a team-player with strong commitment.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
