SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER C&S M&E

Job Requirements

• Able to start with short notice would be of advantage
• Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Able to converse in Mandarin would be of advantage
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Package, Microsoft Project, Autocad, Revit and databases.
• High responsibility and able to work in commercial property development nature
• Tertiary level education in Engineering or any related field
• Project contractual basis with renewal after two (2) years
• Able to commute to Puncak Alam
• Three (3) positions available

Job Responsibilities

• To ensure adherence to project timeline, monitor timely billing report, contract compliance, correspondence letter, project proposal, presentation, project documentation, relevant official day to day record especially on contractor progress etc;
• To monitor all Civil and Structural related works to ensure compliance with design specifications and project requirement;
• To ensure that all works carried out are in compliance with relevant Authorities and Client’s requirements and Company standards;
• To ensure coordination with the project team which include all discipline engineer, staffs, contractors, subcontractors and consultants that execution of works is to the required quality and safety and resolves all technical problems for all trades;
• To investigate technical aspects and root cause of problems. Initiate corrective actions to rectify problems. Develop preventative measures to prevent recurrence of problems.
• To ensure all C&S Drawings, Design and Building Specifications, Bill of Quantities (BQ) & Tender Documents to ensure Quality Standards are adhered by Contractors & Consultants;
