Job Purpose

As an Executive in our Shared Services department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of various administrative, finance, procurement and operational processes across Cenviro Johor Sdn. Bhd. plant. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the Shared Services function, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including but not limited to data entry, document management with Group Finance, Procurement, Administration and Human Resources department.
  • Responsible for coordination of day-to-day meetings and appointments related to CJSB Operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of standardized processes and procedures to streamline operations within the Shared Services function.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and information sharing to align the business and service’s needs.
  • Monitor and maintain records related to service requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in completion.
  • Manage CJSB day-to-day staff request including but not limited to shift schedule, Overtime submission and attendance record.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders seeking assistance or information regarding Shared Services/ Headquarter and Waste Management Centre (WMC) activities.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the Shared Services function.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by management.
  • Lead and manage all event in CJSB and other VIP visits.
  • Managing TNB bill, SAJ bill and other relevant bills in CJSB.
  • Lead 5S audit team related for office related items.
  • Raising BQ only for office related consumables and coordinating other BQ’s into BQ database

Job Requirement

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience in shared services operations, service delivery, and performance management.
  • Experience in managing relationships with external service providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and service level agreements.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and risk management practices relevant to shared services operations, including data security, privacy, and business continuity planning.
  • Good communication skill, analytical thinking, good emotional intelligence, confident, able to work independently with minimum supervision, strong leadership skill, highly motivated and able work under pressure.
