As part of our team, you will be:-

  • Responsible for leading and advising a team of Master Data accountants and being the backup.
  • Responsible for investigating technical issues derived from daily activities and others, follow up the issues until resolved.
  • Streamline Master data workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and standardize processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Setting KPI and clear performance expectations for team members to measure progress toward team objectives.
  • Ensure the team is performing with accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, policy and procedure.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agent and other relevant professionals and authorities when required.
  • Responsible for supporting M3 roll-out system test.
  • Support financial audit in Ambu Group which the areas are handled by Financial Shared Services.
  • Responsible for other ad-hoc / upcoming new tasks to be given in Financial Shared Services.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Professional Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experiences is required for this position.
  • Individual with accounting and finance background and working experience in MNC will be an advantage.
  • Possess strong level of accuracy and attention to details.
  • Ability to take responsibility and be accountable.
  • Possess strong problem solving skill.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel, Power BI etc is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to perform tasks assigned independently and a good team player in collaboration with other stakeholders.
  • Able to think positively and cultivate a growth mindset.
  • Adapt to changing environments and work processes.
  • Travelling might be required.
