Roles & Responsibilities:
• Recruiting potential new customer according to the company's overall strategy
• Responsible for customer business negotiation, business quotation, contract signing,
joint activities.
• Stay close to customers, understand customer activities and policy trends, gain insight
into competitors' information, give feedback to the company in time, and formulate
countermeasures.
• Follow up the accounts receivable with overdue contract and assist the finance in
completing the collection of accounts.
• Promote the company's new business developments to the old customers in a timely
manner.
• Assist the marketing department in collecting market sales information and user
opinions.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Prefer candidates with minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Marketing/E-commerce.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malay and English is Preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking Business Users.
- Experience of logistics industry or courier services will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Able to work in fast paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decisive decision-making skills.
