Nutritionist

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Health Consultation & Transformation:

• Conduct professional health consultations, providing personalized nutritional and product recommendations.
• Offer diet, lifestyle, and wellness advice to help customers achieve their health goals and manage chronic conditions.
• Guide customers through the company’s health transformation program, offering ongoing support and education.

Diagnostic Testing & Health Monitoring:

• Utilize diagnostic tools (e.g., urine test strips, blood pressure monitors, glucose meters, body composition analyzers) to ascertain customer health.
• Interpret health data to deliver tailored nutritional and lifestyle advice for long-term well-being.

Sales & Product Recommendations:

• Recommend relevant health products and supplements based on customer health conditions.
• Convert inquiries into sales by effectively communicating product benefits and health outcomes.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Content Creation & Marketing Support:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging health-related content for campaigns and promotions.
• Provide product consultation and support for eCommerce live channels.
• Assist in managing and overseeing social media content related to health and wellness.

Ideal Candidate:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in nutrition consultation. Sales experience is an added advantage.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English (additional dialects are a plus).
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and teleconsultation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex health concepts simply and clearly.
  • Good time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Info:

• Location: Subang, Shah Alam
• Salary Range: RM2,800 – RM6,000
