JOB DESCRIPTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To attend walk-in enquiries & incoming calls.
- Coordinating information flow among clients, business associates, and office team members to ensure smooth operations.
- To provide operational & administrative support to the business, including:
→ Assist to prepare service quotations.
→ Printing & scanning of audit reports & working files.
→ Arrange for courier & dispatch services.
→ Organizing & prioritizing tasks and adhering to deadlines and procedures.
→ Perform other admin related tasks assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Admin/ Management or equivalent.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English, due to we have some China clientele.
- On-job training provided. Preferably 1-2 year of admin working experience in relevant industry, e.g. Audit, Tax, or professional services firm.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed with high integrity.
