Responsibilities:

  • Responsible as LV Chargeman, including M&E, C&S, Aircond, Architecture, ELV, BAS, etc. Complete meter reading for all utilities by month end and take action based on instruction from Building Management.
  • Plan, execute & monitor preventive maintenance works based on schedule, ad-hoc troubleshooting and repairs carried out.
  • Plan & come out with simple design to upgrade building system for improvement. Compliance to building by law included MSB, SSB & riser room.
  • Submit check sheet and reports on time.
  • Carry out monthly genset testing & inspection.
  • Liaise with JKKP on elevator or escalator inspection
  • Assist Building Manager to manager building and to guide developers / JMB based on strata & management act 757 and at the same time to comply with Suruhanjaya Tenaga Guidelines and Buildings by-law.
  • Assist & get annual budget approved, manage well developers / JMB accounts to ensure collection of the service charges on a timely manner.
  • Assist and monitor on the approved renovation plan of tenants & owners and to monitor renovation works in compliance with the authorities and the operation management requirements

Requirements:

  • Certificate Electrical in Wireman PW1
  • Diploma in Electrical in Chargeman A1 with minimum 3 years working experience or other qualifications with more than 10 years relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge in Electrical department and safety policy
