We are now seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape. Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
  • Sales & Relationship Management: Identify and engage with potential customers, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate contracts to secure business deals.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our products and services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D, Production, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure that our products meet the specific needs of customers and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management. Use data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Travel: Travel (locally / internationally) as required to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 2-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Experience in APIs would be a plus
    • Fresh graduate/entry level/non-experience, who are willing to learn, hard working, self-confident and positive minded are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
